Good afternoon....

It's really hot here in the south today.... I 've just done 5 miles along the sea front and it was really busy.... we were weaving in and out of people with bikes, footballs and ice creams.....

1 hour 9 Min's so timing more or less the same and I had to stop off in the shop really quickly....

I feel good and no aches and pains after the longer walk yesterday.... I rubbed compeed ( blister stuff ) into my feet for the first time today before my walk.... I'm going to try it on my long walk on Wednesday that is planned....

My feet need a treat this week, so plan to have a pedicure to pamper them....

Well back to work tomorrow......and on a late shift...

I've seen that people have had their packs through on Saturday.... so fingers crossed ...
